A few lines are enough to start. Your specification then sets out exactly what is expected: it is required, and the quote is based on it.
We price the work
From your specification. An audit only if needed: when the work cannot be priced on paper alone (a hacked site, unknown code), we tell you and suggest one before the quote.
A quote with a firm date
We find the expert or put the team together. The quote arrives in your client area with the shortest realistic delivery date.
You accept, we start
The quote is charged when you accept it. The delivery clock starts once your specification is in your client area.

Unlike the shop's offers, there is no card authorization: the quote is charged as soon as you accept it, because the expert is already found and the work can start right away.
The delivery date is the one written in your quote. The Standard, Express and Flash speeds and their refund guarantee apply to the shop's offers only.
