Join the Stanza
specialist network.

Stanza is not hiring full-time. We work with experts who want to put their specialty to good use: clearly scoped missions, at your own pace, alongside your current activity, with the prerequisites already collected and no clients to find or payments to chase.

Why join

The technical work, without the overhead

Clearly scoped missions

Every service has a fixed scope, an included and not-included list, and prerequisites: you know exactly what to deliver.

Prerequisites gathered for you

The client area collects access and information before you start, with step-by-step guides for clients. The delivery clock starts only once everything is in.

No selling, no chasing

Stanza finds the clients, handles payment and remains their point of contact. You focus on the configuration and the tests.

Clear remuneration

Your remuneration is shown on each mission, in your specialist area.

A dedicated workspace

Missions, tasks with instructions, an internal conversation with the Stanza team, deliverables and acceptance checks, in one place.

Protected access

Client access is encrypted, revealed on demand and logged, then erased when the mission closes.

Expertise

The skills we look for

One area is enough: you do not need to master them all. Deep expertise in a single field is worth more than a little of everything.

  • Email deliverability: SPF, DKIM, DMARC and BIMI, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, sending platforms, reading DMARC reports.
  • Consent: Axeptio, Cookiebot, Didomi, Google Consent Mode v2, conditional blocking in Google Tag Manager.
  • Server-side tracking: server GTM containers, Meta Conversions API, event deduplication, first-party subdomains.
  • Accessibility: WCAG and RGAA criteria, Lighthouse and axe, keyboard and checkout flow checks, clear fix plans.
  • Automation: Make or Zapier, CRMs, webhooks, internal alerts on WhatsApp, email or Slack.

Your specialty is not on this list? Apply anyway. Tell us what you do best: if it fits what our clients need, we will most likely build an offer around it so you can practise it with Stanza.

How it works

From application to first mission

  1. You apply

A short form: your area (or areas) of expertise, your experience, examples of past work and the time you can give each week.

  2. We review your profile

We look at your experience and the quality of your past work, and get back to you if your profile matches our current needs.

  3. You are invited

Specialist accounts exist only by invitation from Stanza: you receive a link to create your access to the specialist area.

  4. You receive missions

Matched to your expertise, with the client's prerequisites, the instructions and the guaranteed deadline.

Our standards

What we expect from you

Clients pay only once the work is verified: quality is what keeps the promise.

  • Meet the deadline. It is guaranteed to the client, with a refund if it is missed.
  • Report blockers immediately. A missing item or, in Express and Flash, an urgent issue: declare it in the mission so the clock is paused fairly.
  • Change only what the order covers, and document every change in the report.
  • Handle access with care: only inside the platform, only for the mission, never reused.
  • Prove the result: tests that pass the acceptance gate, and a report a client can understand.

Questions from specialists

Do I need to be available full-time?

No. Stanza is a network of independent experts, not an employer. You set your weekly slots in your specialist area, choose the delivery times you accept (Standard only, up to 48 h or up to 24 h), and can pause whenever you need.

Do I have to master every area?

No: one is enough. You only receive missions in the areas Stanza has validated for you, and you can add others later.

My expertise is in another field. Can I apply?

Yes. Describe it in the form. If it matches what our clients ask for, we will most likely create an offer that lets you practise it with Stanza.

Do I deal with clients directly?

Stanza remains the client's point of contact. Day to day, you exchange with the Stanza team in the mission's internal conversation. In Express and Flash, if an urgent issue blocks the work, you declare it and contact the client from the platform; the Stanza team is alerted and follows the conversation.

What do I see of the client?

What the work requires: the domain, the platform, the answers to the prerequisites and the access provided. The client's identity, email address and price are not shown to you.

How is the delivery checked?

Before delivery, an acceptance gate runs automated checks (DNS lookups, seed inbox tests, script loading before and after consent, depending on the service), then the client reviews your report and signs off.

our clients.
